Gerard G. Williams is known for his work on Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), Battleship (2012) and Predator 2 (1990). He died on September 26, 2017.


Gerard Guss Williams (20 May 196126 September 2017; age 56) was a stuntman who worked as stunt double for Michael Dorn on the Star Trek: The Next Generation second season episode "Where Silence Has Lease" and for actor Paul Winfield on the fifth season episode "Darmok". His one day stuntwork on 23 July 1991 on location at Bronson Canyon under stunt coordinator Dennis Madalone for "Darmok" included falls and a fight with fellow stuntman Rex Pierson. Williams is the brother of fellow stuntwoman Rita Minor.

Born in 1961 in Alexandria, Louisiana, his family moved to Los Angeles, California in 1963 where he attended the Clyde Woodworth Elementary School, Albert Monroe Middle School, Morningside High School, and Grambling High School where he graduated in 1979. He then attended Grambling State University where he graduated with a degree in business management.

Williams started to work in the stunt business in the late 1980s with performances in films such as the drama Penitentiary III (1987, with Lane Leavitt), the comedy Satisfaction (1988, with David LeBell), the action film Action Jackson (1988, with Bobby Bass, Gary Baxley, Jophery C. Brown, Tony Brubaker, Bennie E. Moore, Jr., Paula Moody, and Julius LeFlore), the thriller Johnny Handsome (1989, with John Alden, Allan Graf, Bob Herron, Henry Kingi, Sr., and Bill McIntosh), and the Academy Award winning war drama Glory (1989).

He had featured stunt parts in the science fiction sequels Predator 2 (1990, along with Michael Papajohn) and Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991, with Jim Palmer). Further stunt performances can be seen in the action film Marked for Death (1990), the crime drama Boyz n the Hood (1991, with Ousaun Elam and Bob Minor), the science fiction film Universal Soldier (1992, with Bob Orrison, Peewee Piemonte, Hubie Kerns, and Dana Dru Evenson), the western Posse (1993), the comedy sequel Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult (1993), the action sequel Die Hard: With A Vengeance (1995, with Tony Brubaker, Bob Minor, Terry Jackson, and Kim Washington), the thriller Heaven's Prisoners (1996, with Jophery C. Brown, Tony Epper, Maria R. Kelly, and Manny Perry), the action film Fled (1996), the crime drama Set It Off (1996), the comedy Major League: Back to the Minors (1998, starring Scott Bakula and Corbin Bernsen), the drama Unshackled (2000), and the comedy Stuck on You (2003, with Jeff Imada and Christopher Leps).
